Beginner-friendly rules plus shooting, passing and dribbling basics.
Stage 4
Team Challenges
A mix of shooting, passing/communication, relays, knockout and other challenges.

Beginner-Friendly
No basketball experience? Perfect.
The Corporate Crossover is designed for mixed-experience workplace groups. DNBC starts with a straightforward basketball introduction so people who have never played can participate alongside colleagues who already know the game.
The experience is suitable for adult workplace groups with mixed fitness and experience levels, provided participants are able to safely take part in physical activity.
